How do I get charged?

Madgicx charges a recurring subscription fee according to your plan. You can select whether you wish to pay monthly, quarterly (8% discount), or annually (20% discount).

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we can only accept credit card payments.

Can I edit my invoices?

Sure you can! All you have to do is amend your billing details on your settings page.

Where do I see my invoices?

You can always see your invoices under Payment History on your settings page in the Madgicx app. That being said, should you not see them, please reach out to our chat support, and our representatives will help you retrieve them.
